ARF- Animal Rescue Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization that holds as its mission the promotion of animal welfare in Seguin and Guadalupe County, Texas. We support our public shelter animals through foster and adoption programs, medical care, and rescue. We also help our community with a variety of programs that provide medical, food, transport, and spay and neuter to pets in low-income homes. ARF has grown in the nine years we have been in existence. The number of animals included has increased as have the services we provide in our programs. We are always in need of monetary and food donations.
